9. ORDERING & BILLING
All orders are billed in GBP. New Gen reserves the right to change prices, discontinue products, or cancel orders at our discretion.
Subscriptions: If you sign up for a recurring plan, you authorize regular charges until canceled. You may manage or cancel via your account.

15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If a matter cannot be resolved directly between us, you may choose to use an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider. Although we are not required to use a specific ADR service, we will consider any reasonable request made in good faith.
